The Pipeline Activity is a hands-on group challenge where team members work together to transport a small object (often a marble or ball) from a starting point to a designated endpoint using sections of tubing, half-pipes, or gutters. Each person controls a short segment of the "pipeline" and must cooperate, communicate, and move strategically to keep the object continuously moving without dropping it.
 
The goal is to complete the task as smoothly and efficiently as possible, often with added constraints like time limits or limited talking. This activity promotes teamwork, problem-solving, coordination, and trust, while emphasizing the importance of planning, adaptability, and group cohesion.
